If you’re looking for a great place to eat, shop, or explore, Creekside Gahanna is the place for you! With a little something for everyone, Gahanna is an ideal destination for locals and tourists alike. In this blog post, we’ll take a look at 8 of my favorite places in Gahanna. 1. Upper Cup
Upper Cup is Creekside Gahanna’s best coffee shop! I enjoy their mint tea. It’s fantastic hot or icy cold. Because they showcase local artists on their walls, it’s a really unique experience. It’s also fun to check out the dress window at Be Social while sipping!
2. The Herb Center
I love to stop in here and talk plants with the knowledgeable Amanda. They always have interesting classes and events on their schedule. The Herb Festival is in May every year! This includes a huge plant sale and fun activities all day long. You’ll definitely see me there browsing.
3. The Creekside Trail
You’ll find me hiking the creekside trail between clients. It’s so inviting, with all of its nooks and side lanes. It’s a fantastic spot for photographers since it has lots of photo opportunities. Sitting beside the river is so relaxing!
4. Barrel & Boar
Gahanna has the best restaurants! Barrel & Boar is one of my favorite restaurants near me. Whiskey Pete creates some of the most delectable seasonal cocktail whiskies imaginable. The brussels sprouts are delicious! They have a lovely outside patio to enjoy creekside Gahanna from when it’s warm outside. If you really don’t feel like cooking, you can order online and pick it up!
5. Local Cantina
Some of the friendliest wait staff you will find work at Local Cantina, a go-to Gahanna Creekside restaurant! You’ll find me here for their $2 taco Tuesdays! They have a plethora of vegetarian choices, which makes this place one of my go-to’s for great food. They also have a great patio area to enjoy the creek with your crispy tortilla chips.
6. Gahanna Pizza Plus
One of my favorite nearby restaurants is Gahanna Pizza Plus! Their Three Mushroom Pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever had. No joke. If you like mushrooms, you need to try it. They have been voted Gahanna’s best pizza for 3 years in a row!
7. Cafe Creekside
Family-owned and operated since 2007, this is a must-try for their egg-celent breakfasts! Definitely try the pork sausage gravy with melted Swiss cheese at Cafe Creekside Gahanna, Ohio. And if you’re visiting for lunch or dinner, their pasta with fresh mozzarella and basil is a crowd favorite.”
8. Buckeye Candy Company
Although it’s not right in Creekside Gahanna, I wanted to mention Buckeye Candy Company. When you step in here, it’s like going back in candy time. The nostalgic feeling of being a “kid in a candy store” will give you good vibes!
